摘要
以4-甲基苯磺酸-1-十二酯和4-甲基苯磺酸(3-(十二烷氧基)-2-(十二烷氧基)甲基)丙酯为起始原料和3-溴苯酚通过取代反应合成相应的醚类化合物3和4。化合物3和4再和双频哪醇合二硼在[Ir(OMe)cod]_(2)、dtbpy的催化下合成化合物5和6,最后再和5-溴-2-碘嘧啶发生Suzuki-Miyaura交叉偶联反应得到化合物7和8,通过^(1)H NMR、^(13)C NMR和MALDI-TOF Mass对它们进行了表征。
Ether compounds 3 and 4 were synthesized by substitution reaction of sulfonate compounds 1 and 2 with 3-bromophenol.Which were further treated with bis(pinacolato)diboron under[Ir(OMe)cod]_(2) and dtbpy catalysis to give compounds 5 and 6,finally,compounds 7 and 8 were prepared by Pa(0) catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reaction of 5-bromo-2-iodopyrimidine with compounds 5 and 6.They were characcterized by ^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR,and MADIL-TOF mass.
