摘要
现有三基药驱溶过程通过热风驱除固体颗粒内的有机溶剂,工艺时间较长。采用真空驱溶方法探索了驱溶时间、真空度、湿度等对三基药总挥发分的影响。结果表明,通过真空驱溶工艺获得的样品总挥值与国军标的要求差距较大,无法达到快速驱除三基药内有机溶剂的目的,此工艺方法不适用于三基药的驱溶过程。
The existing solvent removal process of triple-base propellant is to remove the organic solvent in the solid particles by hot air,and it has a longer process time.This article has introduced the process exploration about the solvent removal of triple-base propellant by using vacuum method.It has explored the effects of process time,degree of vacuum,humidity etc.on volatile matter.The results have shown that total volatile value of the sample obtained by vacuum solvent removal method has a large gap with the requirements of the national military standard.The purpose of rapidly remove the organic solvent in triple-base propellant cannot be achieved.As a result,the vacuum solvent removal method is not suitable for remove the organic solvent in triple-base propellant.
