摘要
通过研究聚合物溶解原理得出其溶解需要分两步:先溶胀后溶解,然后分析出聚丙烯酰胺溶解缓慢的原因主要是聚合反应过程中产生的交联物及反应过程或干燥过程中高温产生的交联物引起的,最后总结出几种提高聚丙烯酰胺溶解速率的有效方法。
Through the study of the principle of polymer dissolution,it is found that the dissolution needs two steps:swelling first and then dissolving.Then the reasons for the slow dissolution of polyacrylamide are mainly due to the crosslinking produced in the polymerization process,or the crosslinking caused by high temperature during the reaction process or the drying process.Finally,several effective methods to improve the dissolution rate of polyacrylamide were summarized.
