微颗粒水凝胶复合调驱体系的制备与性能评价 被引量:1

摘要 制备了一种新型微颗粒水凝胶堵剂,与驱油用表面活性剂复配后得到复合调驱体系,对该复合体系进行了室内性能评价,结果表明,该堵剂受地层水影响较小,且与驱油用表面活性剂复合稳定性良好。复合调驱体系耐温耐剪切性能良好,在地层温度条件下粒径增大,稳定性增强,界面张力达到6×10^(-3) mN/m,有利于实现驱油提采效果。且其注入性能良好,储层伤害低,可以实现深部调剖,对渗透率小于0.5μm^(2),孔径直径小于100μm的地层封堵性良好。同时该体系制备工艺、配液简单快速,大大降低了现场施工成本。为低成本高效调驱体系研发与应用提供了经验与方向。 A new type of micro-particle hydrogel plugging agent was prepared,which was compounded with surfactant for oil displacement to obtain a compound flooding system.The indoor performance of the composite system was evaluated.The results showed that the plugging agent was affected by the formation water.It is small and has good stability with the surfactant for oil displacement.The composite flooding system has good temperature and shear resistance.Particle size increases,stability increases and interfacial tension reaches 6×10^(-3) mN/m under formation temperature conditions,which is conducive to achieving the effect of oil displacement and extraction.The injection performance is good,the reservoir damage is low,the depth profile control can be achieved,the permeability less than 0.5 microns diameter diameter less than 100 microns well sealing.At the same time,the preparation technology and liquid dispensing of the system are simple and fast,which greatly reduces the cost of field construction.It provides experience and direction for the development and application of low cost and high efficiency drive control system.
