摘要
以某机组水汽系统凝结水水质为研究对象,从热力系统、空气漏入、凝汽器泄漏、补给水污染、生产返回水污染等全方面的探讨分析了凝结水水质异常原因,确认了凝结水水质污染源,提出了设置在线氢电导率仪表实时监测疏水的解决办法和预防措施,避免了热力系统设备因凝结水水质污染造成的腐蚀危害事故的发生,为以后电厂化学监督人员对凝结水水质异常的分析提供了方法和理论指导。
This article is aimed at the condensated water of water-steam system of a unit.The analysis of abnormal condensated water quality was discussed from the aspect of thermodynamic system,air bleeding,condenser leak,makeup water contamination and return water contamination.The source of pollution of condensated water was confirmed.The targeted solution and prevention measures were put forward from service to operational monitoring.The solution and prevention measures were put forward that setting up on-line cation conductivity instrument to monitor dewatering in real time.The accident was avoided that corrosion was caused by condensated water pollution.This article provided the method and theoretical guidance for chemistry supervision officer of power plant to analyse the reason of abnormal condensated water quality.
