摘要
采用浓硝酸硝化2,6-双(苦氨基)吡啶(PAP),制得粒度D_(50)大于100μm的2,6-双(苦氨基)-3,5-二硝基吡啶(PYX)。讨论了加料方式对粒度的影响,以及硝化温度对反应的影响因素。结果表明,PYX产品收率提高到85%以上,差热分解峰温(DSC)为381℃,产品纯度达到99.0%以上,粒度D_(50)为102.8μm。
With nitration of 2,6-bis(picrylamino)pyridine by concentrated nitric acid,this paper makes 2,6-bis(picrylamino)amine-3,5-dinitropyridine with particle size D_(50) larger than 100 μm;Then the paper discusses the effect of feeding mode on particle size,and the factors affecting nitration temperature;The results shows that the yield of PYX increases to more than 85%,the differential thermal decomposition peak temperature(DSC) is 381 ℃,the purity of the product is above 99%,and the particle size D_(50) is 102.8 μm.
