摘要
大米的米胚在传统加工过程中绝大部分会被去除,导致米胚中含有的丰富营养物质浪费和散失。实验是基于一种新型的柔和型大米抛光辊,并采用混合纤维介质对大米进行搓米加工,碾制出的留胚米留胚率达到80%以上。该设备和生产工艺可用于规模化生产高留胚率的留胚米。
Most of the rice germ is removed in the traditional processing process,resulting in the waste and loss of the rich nutrients contained in the rice germ.This experiment is based on a new type of soft rice polishing roller,and the mixed fiber medium is used to polish rice,the ratio of germ-remained kernels is more than 80%.The equipment and production technology can be used for large-scale production of germ remained rice.
