基于网络通信的设备互操和数据热备份的设计方法 被引量:2

摘要 针对舰船系泊或航行时检修手段不完备、任务可靠性无法保证的问题,以某舰用安全系统的区域监控层设备为例,利用设备软硬件的通用化特性,在不增加资源消耗前提下,设计安全可靠的系统控制策略,采用典型三层网络通信架构,通过对关键设备软硬件和通信网络的改进设计,形成一套完整的优化解决方案和工程化应用方法。通过部分设备的互操作和数据热备份的技术手段,达到系统智能重构的目的,可显著提升系统的可靠性,该方法较适用于大型复杂系统的设计,能够大幅降低系统复杂度和成本。 Aiming at the problems of incomplete maintenance methods and unguaranteed mission reliability during ship mooring and sailing,taking the regional monitoring layer equipment of a certain type of ship safety system as an example,the generalization of equipment software and hardware was used to designs a safe and reliable system control strategy without increasing resource consumption.The typical three-layer network communication architecture was adopted,and a complete set of optimization solutions and engineering application methods are formed through the improved design of key equipment hardware and software and communication network.Through the interoperability of some devices and the technical means of data hot backup,the purpose of intelligent system reconstruction was achieved,and the task reliability of the system was significantly improved.This method is more suitable for the design of large and complex systems,and can greatly reduce the system complexity and cost.
