高校教师的学术失信行为认知状况实证研究——基于对H省22所高校的调查

摘要 为探究高校教师的学术失信行为认知状况,选取H省22所公办本科高校1 903名教师为样本,采用问卷调查法和访谈法开展调查。结果表明:高校教师学术失信行为发生频率较高且日益严重;网络是了解学术失信行为的主要途径;学术失信行为的表现呈多样化特征;考核与评价是两个重要的外在影响因素。据此提出建议:进一步加大对高校教师学术失信行为预防、监督和惩戒的力度;强化依法治理和网络媒体监督;完善高校学术考核和评价体制机制;构建“行政主导,学术主体,多元合作”的高校学术治理机制;增强高校教师对学术道德的认知和自律。 To explore college teachers’ cognition of academic dishonest behavior,questionnaires and interviews were used to investigate 1,903teachers in 22public universities of H Province.The results show that college teachers’ academic dishonesty occurs frequently and is becoming more serious.Internet is the main way for them to learn about academic dishonesty.The forms of academic dishonest behavior are diverse,and assessment and evaluation are two important external factors.It is recommended to further prevent,supervise and punish college teachers’ academic dishonest behavior,strengthen legal governance and online media supervision,improve the academic evaluation and assessment system and mechanism,build an "administrative-leading,academic-hosting,and multi-cooperation" academic governance mechanism,and enhance college teachers’ cognition and self-discipline of academic ethics.
