按时使用氟比洛芬酯注射液联合镇痛泵在胃肠肿瘤术后患者中的应用效果

Application effect of timely analgesia with Flurbiprofen Axetil Injection combined with analgesic pump in patients with gastrointestinal tumors after operation

目的探讨按时使用氟比洛芬酯注射液联合镇痛泵在胃肠肿瘤术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年9月至2021年8月赣州市立医院普外科行胃肠肿瘤手术患者92例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与研究组,各46例。对照组患者术后常规使用镇痛泵,研究组患者术后采取按时使用氟比洛芬酯注射液联合镇痛泵,将两组患者的术后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、术后恢复情况、镇痛不良反应与术后并发症发生率以及临床满意度进行比较。结果研究组患者术后6、12、24 h的VAS评分均低于对照组,且研究组患者术后首次下床活动时间、首次排气时间与住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的胸闷、躁动以及恶心呕吐总发生率低于对照组,且临床满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胃肠肿瘤患者术后加速康复中应用按时镇痛模式能够达到更好的术后镇痛作用,可缩短术后恢复时间,抑制镇痛不良反应与手术并发症的发生,从而达到积极改善患者满意程度的临床效果。

Objective To discuss the effect of application of timely analegesia with Flurbiprofen Axetil Injection combined with analgesic pump in patients with gastrointestinal tumors after operation.Methods From September 2020 to August 2021,92 patients who underwent gastrointestinal tumor surgery in Department of General Surgery of Ganzhou Municipal Hospital of Jiangxi Province were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method,with 46 patients in each group.Patients in the control group routinely used the analgesic pump after operation,while patients in the study group used Flurbiprofen Axetil Injection combined with the analgesic pump on time after operation.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,postoperative recovery,incidence of postoperative complications and clinical satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The VAS score of the patients in the study group at 6,12 and 24 h after operation were lower than those in the control group,and the first time to get out of bed,the first time to exhaust air and the length of hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The total incidence of chest tightness,restlessness,nausea and vomiting in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the clinical satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of on-time analgesia mode in the postoperative accelerated rehabilitation of patients with gastrointestinal tumor can achieve better postoperative analgesia,shorten the postoperative recovery time,inhibit the adverse reactions of analgesia and the occurrence of surgical complications,and thus achieve the clinical effect of actively improving patients′satisfaction.
