摘要
目的探讨戴明环(PDCA)循环联合7S管理在供应室器械清洗消毒管理中的应用效。方法选择2020年6月至12月在佛山市南海区第四人民医院供应室工作的12名工作人员以及其清洗消毒的120件可复用器械为对照组,选择2021年1月至6月在供应室工作的12名工作人员以及其清洗消毒的120件可复用器械为干预组。对照组实施常规管理,干预组在对照组的基础上实施PDCA循环联合7S管理模式。比较两组的器械清洗质量、清洗消毒各环节不良问题的发生率、供应室质量管理满意度。结果干预组器械清洗质量的目测合格率、光源放大镜检测合格率以及三磷酸腺苷(ATP)荧光法检测合格率高于对照组,供应室质量管理满意度评分高于对照组,且器械回收不合格、器械损坏、器械配件暂缺、干燥不彻底、包装不合格的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将PDCA循环联合7S管理模式运用于供应室可复用器械清洗消毒管理中,可提高器械清洗消毒质量,降低各环节不良问题的发生率,且能提高工作人员工作效率、工作质量以及科室质量管理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of Plan-Do-Check-Action(PDCA)cycle combined with 7S management in instrument cleaning and disinfection management in supply room.Methods A total of 12 staff working in the supply room of Foshan Nanhai District Fourth People′s Hospital from June to December 2020 and 120 reusable instruments cleaned and disinfected by them were selected as the control group,and 12 staff working in the supply room from January to June 2021 and 120 reusable instruments cleaned and disinfected by them were selected as the intervention group.The control group implemented routine management,and the intervention group implemented PDCA cycle combined with 7S management mode on the basis of the control group.The instrument cleaning quality,the incidence of adverse problems in each link of cleaning and disinfection and the satisfaction of quality management in the supply room were compared between the two groups.Results The visual inspection qualification rate of instrument cleaning quality,the inspection qualification rate of light source magnifying glass and the inspection qualification rate of adenosine triphosphate(ATP)fluorescence method in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,the quality management satisfaction score of the supply room was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of unqualified instrument recovery,instrument damage,temporary shortage of instrument parts,incomplete drying and unqualified packaging was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying PDCA cycle combined with 7S management mode to the cleaning and disinfection management of reusable instruments in the supply room can improve the quality of instrument cleaning and disinfection,reduce the incidence of adverse problems in all links,and improve the work efficiency,work quality and department quality management satisfaction of staff.
