摘要
目的探讨医学营养专业项目化教学在微生物与免疫学课程中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月至2021年7月辽宁医药职业学院医学营养专业222名学生为研究对象,按照年级分为对照组(104人)和试验组(118人),对照组采用传统学科式教学方法,试验组采用项目化教学方法。比较两组学生期末总评考核成绩,进行教学效果评价。结果试验组期末总评成绩为(81.62±11.40)分,高于对照组的(77.77±11.44)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组总评成绩划定等级后比较,试验组的成绩等级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新的对接职业标准的项目化教学方式适合激励更多学生的学习热情,能更好发挥教师的引导作用,有利于培养医学营养专业技能型人才。
Objective To explore the application effect of project-based reform in medical nutrition on microbiology and immunology teaching.Methods A total of 222 students majoring in medical nutrition in Liaoning Vocational College of Medicine from March 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(104 students)and experimental group(118 students)according to grade.The control group adopted the traditional subject-based teaching method,while the experimental group adopted the project-based teaching method.The teaching effect was evaluated by comparing the scores of the two groups of students.Results The final score of the experimental group was(81.62±11.40)points,which was higher than that of the control group([77.77±11.44]points),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The new project-based teaching method that connects with professional standards is suitable for stimulating more students′enthusiasm for learning,and can better play the guiding role of teachers,which is conducive to cultivating medical nutrition professionals.
