二氧化铈纳米颗粒在眼科的应用研究进展

摘要 二氧化铈纳米颗粒(cerium oxide nanoparticles,CeO_(2)-NPs)或纳米氧化铈(nanoceria)具有抗氧化及抗菌等生物活性,因其有独特的表面化学特性、高稳定性和生物相容性而被广泛应用于材料、光学、化工和医药领域[1-2]。在医药领域中,CeO_(2)-NPs可用于视网膜变性、神经系统疾病、心脏病、糖尿病、胃肠道疾病、肝脏疾病、癌症和再生医学等[3]。虽然关于CeO_(2)-NPs在眼科的应用研究相对较少,但也已有许多临床前研究表明CeO_(2)-NPs在眼科的应用中安全有效。
