温针灸治疗在膝关节骨性关节炎患者中的应用效果

Application effect of needle warming moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients

目的探讨温针灸治疗在膝关节骨性关节炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年12月至2021年12月云南省中医医院骨伤科三病区收治的100例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组患者采用关节腔玻璃酸钠注射治疗,试验组患者实施温针灸治疗,比较两组患者治疗1个月后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、美国特种外科医院(HSS)关节评分及临床有效率。结果试验组患者治疗1个月临床有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗1个月VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗1个月HSS关节评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对膝关节骨性关节炎患者实施温针灸的治疗方法,可促进膝关节功能改善,缓解患者疼痛程度,获得较高治疗效果,所具临床推广价值显著。

Objective To explore the application effect of needle warming moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the Third Ward of Orthopedics and Traumatology,Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as research objects.They were divided into control group and experimental group by random lottery method,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with joint cavity Sodium Hyaluronate injection,the patients in the experimental group were treated with needle warming moxibustion.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)joint score and clinical effective rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed after 1 month of treatment.Results The clinical effective rate of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group after 1 month of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of patients in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group after 1 month of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HSS joint score of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group after 1 month of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of needle warming moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients can promote the improvement of knee function,relieve the pain degree of patients,obtain higher treatment effect,and has significant clinical promotion value.
