食药用菌在中医药及药品食品中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 食药用菌不仅物种数量有一定规模,而且还具有独特营养物质和药理作用,在学术研究方面受到越来越多的重视。流传至今的中医本草典籍中有很多关于食药用菌应用的内容,包括药性判定、数量记载、中医临床应用及方剂等。目前,已经有以食药用菌为主要原料或分子来源的药品在临床中使用,或正在进行临床试验,或获得了正式批文制成了保健食品。可见食药用菌已经在临床和保健方面发挥了重要作用,对改善人类健康具有较高的应用价值。虽然食药用菌的资源十分丰富,但如今有关食药用菌的使用价值仅发掘了小部分,应通过多方面努力将其潜力转化为更广泛、更深入的实际应用,在营养学、食品学、中药学、临床医学、文献学等方面开辟新课题,推进食药用菌在临床及保健中作用的相关研究。 Edible and medicinal fungi not only have a certain number of species,but also have unique nutrients and pharmacological effects,which have attracted more and more attention in academic research.There are many contents about the application of edible and medicinal fungi in the traditional Chinese medicine materia medica classics,including drug determination,quantity record,clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine and prescriptions,etc.At present,there have been edible and medicinal fungi as the main raw material or molecular source of drugs in clinical use,or are undergoing clinical trials,or have obtained official approval to make health food.It can be seen that edible and medicinal fungi have played an important role in clinical and health care,and have high application value to improve human health.Although the resources of the medicinal food bacteria is very rich,but now the use value of medicinal food bacteria discovered only a small part,should be through various efforts to turn their potential for practical application of broader,deeper,in nutrition,food science,TCM,clinical medicine,philology,opening up a new topic,advancing the medicinal food bacteria in clinical and health care function of related research.
