翻转课堂联合慕课及自动分娩系统在妇产科正常分娩教学中的应用效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究在妇产科正常分娩教学中采取翻转课堂联合慕课(MOOC)及自动分娩系统的教学效果。方法选取2018年5月至2020年7月深圳大学总医院妇产科的74名参与正常分娩教学的实习护生作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(37名)与观察组(37名),均予以翻转课堂教学,对照组在此基础上加以MOOC教学,观察组在对照组的基础上联合自动分娩系统教学方法,比较两组的教学效果和教学满意度。结果观察组的理论知识、操作技能、正常分娩掌握程度、独立处理问题能力、团队协作能力和思维能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用翻转课堂+MOOC、自动分娩系统教学有效提高正常分娩成功率,教学质量和教学满意度进一步提升。 Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom combined with massive open online course(MOOC)and automatic delivery system in normal delivery teaching in obstetrics and gynecology departmenty.Methods From May 2018 to July 2020,a total of 74 intern nursing students who participated in normal childbirth teaching in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Shenzhen University General Hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(37 cases)and the observation group(37 cases)according to the random number table method.All of them were given flipped classroom teaching,and the control group was given MOOC teaching on this basis.The observation group was combined with the automatic delivery system teaching method on the basis of the control group.The teaching effect and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,operation skills,mastery of normal childbirth,independent problem-solving ability,teamwork ability and thinking ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of flipped classroom+MOOC and automatic delivery system teaching can effectively improve the success rate of normal delivery,and further improve the teaching quality and teaching satisfaction。
