渤海油田岸电工程方案设计及关键技术——以秦皇岛32-6、曹妃甸11-1油田群岸电工程为例 被引量:5

摘要 秦皇岛32-6、曹妃甸11-1岸电工程是中国首个海上油田群岸电应用项目,也是目前世界上海上油田交流输电电压等级最高的已投产岸电项目。基于该岸电工程设计面临的海洋环境条件复杂、海上油田位置分散、海上油田用电可靠性要求高等诸多挑战,根据海上油田供电原则、海上电力动力平台位置优选及供电方案与区域互联方案设计的研究结果,确定了该油田群岸电工程总体设计方案,并重点介绍了远距离大容量海缆过电压和无功补偿、稳定控制技术、高压海缆交流腐蚀干扰分析及智能化等关键技术。基于上述技术,秦皇岛32-6、曹妃甸11-1岸电工程已于2021年9月建成并顺利投入运行,标志着中国海洋石油工业向绿色开发、高效开发、智能开发迈出了历史性变革的一步,同时也为后续岸电工程项目提供了借鉴。 QHD32-6 and CFD11-1 shore power engineering is the first offshore oilfield group shore power application project in China, and is also the offshore oilfield shore power project in production with by far the highest voltage of AC transmission in the world. It faces many challenges, such as complex conditions of marine environment, scattered locations of offshore oilfields and high reliability requirements for power consumption in offshore oilfields. According to the research results of power supply principle for offshore oilfields, offshore electrical power platform location optimization and power supply scheme and regional interconnection scheme design, the overall scheme design of the shore power engineering in this oilfiled group is determined. This paper also emphatically expounds overvoltage and reactive power compensation of long-distance large-capacity submarine cables, stability control technology, high-voltage submarine cable AC corrosion interference analysis, intelligentization and other key technologies. Based on the above technologies, QHD32-6 and CFD 11-1 shore power projects have been built and put into operation in September 2021, marking a historic step in offshore oil industry towards green development, efficient development and intelligent development in China. At the same time, it provides references for future shore power engineering projects.
