摘要
全球海上风电装机容量在持续高速增长的同时也面临着新的技术挑战。本文采用科学情报计量方法,从专利数据视角分析海上风电产业链中的关键技术企业布局策略,同时利用技术成熟度S曲线方法量化分析海上风电技术成熟度。研究表明,海上风电机组的专利多被国外公司所垄断,浮式风电技术集中程度较高,目前全球海上风电整体技术成熟度已达到0.7以上,处于技术生命周期的成熟发展阶段,可积极开展技术布局和产业化开发。本文研究成果可为海上风电产业链的关键技术分析和企业战略布局提供指导。
While the installed capacity of global offshore wind power continues to grow at a high speed, it also faces new technical challenges. In this paper, the scientific information measurement method is used to analyze the enterprise layout strategy of key technologies in offshore wind power industry chain from the perspective of patent data, and the technology maturity S-curve method is used to quantify the technology maturity of offshore wind power. The research shows that the patents of offshore wind turbines are mostly monopolized by foreign companies, and the concentration of floating wind power technology is relatively high. At present, the overall technology maturity of global offshore wind power has reached more than 0.7, which is in the mature development stage of the technology life cycle, so we can actively carry out technology layout and industrial development. The research results of this paper can provide guidance for the analysis of key technologies and the strategic layout of enterprises of offshore wind power industry chain.
