摘要
提高静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)规范预防率是国家医疗质量安全改进目标之一。针对住院患者VTE规范预防联动率低的问题,成立品管圈组,通过现状分析与原因解析,从培训医护人员、建立信息交互平台、设置风险标识、完善健康教育体系等方面持续改进,提高了医、护、患的协同预防能力,使住院患者VTE规范预防联动率从31.85%提高至81.48%,降低了院内VTE发生风险,确保了患者安全。
To improve the standard prevention rate of Venous Thromboembolism(VTE)is one of the goals of national medical quality and safety improvement.Aiming at the problem of low linkage of standard prevention of VTE in inpatients,a quality control circle group was established.Through current situation analysis and cause analysis,continuous improvement was made from the aspects of medical staff training,establishment of information interaction platform,establishment of risk identification,and improvement of health education system,so as to improve the collaborative prevention ability of doctors,nurses and patients.The standard prevention linkage rate of VTE in inpatients increased from 31.85%to 81.48%,which reduced the risk of in-hospital VTE and ensured the safety of patients.
