摘要
为研究激光熔覆工艺对髋臼杯表面Ti-6Al-4v(TC4)涂层的影响,采用高精度激光熔覆技术在髋臼杯表面制备了具有一定生物相容性的TC4涂层。利用ANSYS对熔覆过程进行有限元模拟,对熔覆工艺参数进行正交试验优化,分析了不同送粉速率下涂层的力学性能。研究结果表明:最优熔覆工艺参数组合为熔覆间距1 mm、熔覆行距0.4 mm、熔覆偏移1 mm、送粉速率1.5 g/s,在优化的工艺参数下获得的涂层具有良好的力学性能,能够应用于髋臼杯外杯表面。
In order to study the effect of laser cladding process on the surface of a acetabular cup with Ti-6Al-4v(TC4)coating,a high-precision laser cladding technology was used to prepare a TC4 coating with certain biocompatibility on the surface of the acetabular cup.Using ANSYS to simulate the cladding process with finite element,the cladding process parameters were optimized by orthogonal experiment,and the mechanical properties of the coating under different powder feeding rates were analyzed.It is founded that the optimal combination of cladding process parameters is cladding spacing 1mm,cladding row spacing 0.4mm,cladding offset 1mm,and powder feeding rate 1.5 g/s.The coating obtained under the optimized process parameters has good mechanical performance and can be used to the outer surface of the acetabular cup.
