掺配废弃油脂对环氧树脂性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 环氧树脂具有优异的强度与粘结性,但较高的经济成本及其延展韧性不佳限制了其在道路建设中的应用。为开展废弃油脂对环氧树脂组分与性能影响的量化研究,首先通过粘度试验明确不同废弃油脂掺配比例下环氧树脂粘度的变化规律。其次,以拉伸强度试验确定废弃油脂对环氧树脂拉伸强度及延展性的影响;通过剪切、拉拔试验研究废弃油脂/环氧树脂作为复合结构层间粘结层黏结强度的变化规律。最后,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)和扫描电镜(SEM)对固化前后的环氧树脂固化体系以及拉伸试件断裂面进行表征,分析废弃油脂处理工艺对环氧树脂固化体系的化学特征影响及拉伸断裂面的微观结构,建立微观组分与宏观性能的联系。研究结果表明:废弃油脂降低了环氧树脂在不同温度固化过程中的粘度增长率,拉伸强度、黏结强度减小但断裂延伸率增大,起到了一定的增韧作用;废弃油脂的加入降低了固化体系中环氧基的转化率从而改变交联网状支链结构密度,从微观组分角度解释了其粘度特性及拉伸强度、黏结强度衰减的机理。该研究成果对可再生资源在道路材料中的再利用具有一定指导意义。 Epoxy resin has excellent strength and adhesion, but the high economic cost and insufficient ductility limit its application in road construction. In order to carry out a quantitative study on the effect of waste grease on the composition and performance of epoxy resin, viscosity test was firstly conducted to clarify the viscosity change rule of epoxy resin under different blending ratios of waste grease. Secondly, the tensile strength test was used to determine the influence of waste grease on the tensile strength and ductility of epoxy resin. Shearing and pulling tests were conducted to analyze the change rule of the bonding strength of waste grease epoxy resin as the interlayer bonding layer of the composite structure. Finally, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and scanning electron microscope(SEM) were used to determine the epoxy resin system before and after curing and the fracture surface of the tensile specimen. By analyzing the influence of waste grease treatment process on the chemical characteristics of the epoxy resin curing system and the microstructure of the tensile fracture surface, the relationship between the microscopic components and the macroscopic properties was established. Results indicate that the waste grease reduces the viscosity growth rate of the epoxy resin during curing at different temperatures, the tensile strength and the bonding strength are reduced but the elongation at break increases, and it has a certain toughening effect. The addition of waste grease reduces the conversion rate of epoxy groups in the curing system to change the density of the cross-linked branched chain structure, explaining the mechanism of viscosity characteristics and tensile strength and the bonding strength attenuation from the perspective of microscopic components. The research results have certain guiding significance for the utilization of renewable resources in road materials.
