摘要
本研究选用端羧基液体丁腈橡胶(CTBN)和苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)两种材料作为示踪剂标记再生剂,在不同时间、不同温度以及不同程度老化沥青等条件下制备扩散试样。采用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)和荧光显微镜(FM),对再生剂在老化沥青中扩散规律进行研究。结果表明:不同试验条件下,再生剂在老化沥青中扩散规律基本一致,随着扩散深度的增加,再生剂的含量逐渐减少,且扩散时间越长、温度越高,再生剂在沥青中的扩散效果越好;沥青老化程度越大,黏度越大,再生剂的扩散程度越小。
In order to study the diffusion law of the regenerant in the aging asphalt in the plant-mix thermal regeneration process, this paper selects two materials as carboxy-terminated liquid nitrile rubber(CTBN) and styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(SBS). The tracer is used to mark the regenerant, and the diffusion sample is prepared under the conditions of different time, temperature and different degree of aging asphalt, using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and fluorescence microscope(FM). The results show that under different test conditions, the diffusion law of the regenerant in the aged asphalt is basically the same. With the increase of the diffusion depth, the content of the regenerant gradually decreases, and the longer the diffusion time and the higher the temperature, the diffusion of the regenerant in the asphalt the better the effect. The greater the degree of asphalt aging, the greater the viscosity, the more obvious the hindering effect on the diffusion of the regenerant, and the smaller the degree of diffusion of the regenerant.
