摘要
基于AHP层次分析和极差分析对正交试验数据进行处理,科学地研究了粉煤灰掺量、硅灰掺量、陶粒级配掺量和陶粒预湿时间对以强度、抗冻和收缩3项性能为主的陶粒混凝土综合性能的影响。结果表明:对综合性能影响权重因素依次为硅灰掺量(0.329 6)>粉煤灰掺量(0.284)>陶粒预湿时间(0.197 1)>10~15 mm粒级陶粒掺量(0.189 3);陶粒混凝土的最佳配比为:粉煤灰、硅灰、10~15 mm粒级陶粒掺量分别为10%、5%、100%,且陶粒预湿6 h。研究成果可为陶粒混凝土材料配合比的优化及设计提供参考。
Based on AHP analysis and range analysis, the effects of fly ash, silica fume, ceramsite grading and ceramsite prewetting time on the comprehensive properties of ceramsite concrete, including strength, freezing resistance and shrinkage, are studied. Results show that the weight of the four factors on the comprehensive performance is as follows, silica fume content(0.329 6)>fly ash content(0.284)>prewetting time of ceramisite(0.197 1)>10-15 mm ceramsite size(0.189 3). The optimal mixture ratio of ceramsite concrete is: 10%, 5% and 100% of fly ash, silica fume and 10~15 mm ceramsite size, and the ceramsite is prehumidified for 6 h. Research findings can offer reference for the optimization and design of ceramsite concrete mixture ratio.
