嵌固抗滑表处(TIT)混合料的耐久性能

摘要 结合嵌固抗滑表处(thermosetting inserting technology, TIT)材料的特点,提出一套新型评价方法,对不同水性环氧树脂掺量的混合料的水稳定性、抗磨耗性和低温稳定性进行研究。结果表明:本研究设计的各新型混合料耐久性评价方法均能对其性能作出定性与定量评价,且能较好地模拟实际场境、操作实施容易;设计原理主要通过水性环氧树脂掺量对胶结料的黏附性、内聚力和温度敏感性进行调节来改善混合料的耐久性能,各性能随树脂掺量的增加呈先快后缓的改善规律;就耐久性而言,建议优选树脂掺量不低于30%。 In order to improve the evaluation method of the durability of thermosetting inserting technology mixture and study the influence of water-borne epoxy resin on the durability of it, a new evaluation method is proposed. The durability(water stability, anti-abrasion and low temperature stability performance) of the mixture with different contents of water-borne epoxy resin was studied. The results show that all the durability evaluation methods designed can evaluate the performance qualitatively and quantitatively, and can simulate the actual situation well and be easy to operate. The durability of the mixture is improved mainly because the water-borne epoxy resin improves the adhesion, cohesion and temperature sensitivity of the binder. With the increase of the content of the water-borne epoxy resin, the durability is improved fast first and then slowly. In terms of durability, the content of water-borne epoxy resin should not be less than 30%.
