人工流产术后不同时间放置曼月乐的避孕效果分析

Analysis of contraceptive effect of Mirena placed at different time after induced abortion

目的分析人工流产术后不同时间放置曼月乐的避孕效果。方法选取78例人工流产术后患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组39例。对照组患者术后月经第3~7天放置曼月乐,研究组术后立即放置曼月乐,比较两组避孕效果。结果研究组患者曼月乐脱环、因症取出例数少于对照组,续用例数多于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者对曼月乐的认知途径及接受原因比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者月经减少、经期延长、闭经、点滴出血情况比较,差异无统计学意义(F>0.05)。结论患者在人工流产术后不同时间段放置曼月乐宫内节育器的效果无显著差异,为避免患者痛苦,减少患者感染发生,可优先选择术后即时放置。

Objective To analyze the contraceptive effect of Mirena placed at different times after induced abortion.Methods 78 patients after artificial abortion were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,39 cases in each group.The control group was placed with Mirena on the 3rd to 7th day of menstruation after operation,while the study group was placed with mirena immediately after operation.The contraceptive effect of the two groups was compared.Results In the study group,the number of cases of mirena annulus and symptomatic removal was less than that in the control group,and the number of continued use was more than that in the control group,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in cognitive pathways and reasons for acceptance of Mirena between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of decreased menstruation,prolonged menstrual period,amenorrhea and spotting between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference in the effect of placing Mirena intrauterine device in different time periods after abortion.In order to avoid the pain of patients and reduce the occurrence of infection,immediate placement after abortion is preferred.
