彩色多普勒超声在鉴别诊断子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌症中的应用价值

Application value of Color doppler ultrasonography in differential diagnosis of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis

目的观察彩色多普勒超声在鉴别诊断子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌症中的应用价值。方法选取确诊的46例子宫肌瘤及26例子宫腺肌症患者,均采用彩色多普勒超声进行检查,对比两种疾病患者诊断效果。结果两种疾病确诊率、漏诊率和误诊率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两种疾病收缩期和舒张期峰值流速对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但搏动指数和阻力指数对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种疾病血流信号0级、Ⅰ级、Ⅲ级比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Ⅱ级比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用彩色多普勒超声对患者进行检查,能够清晰地显示患者病灶分布及子宫动脉血流参数情况,可鉴别诊断子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌症。

Objective To observe the value of Color doppler ultrasonography in differential diagnosis of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis.Methods 46 patients with uterine fibroids and 26 patients with adenomyosis were selected and examined by Color doppler ultrasound.The diagnostic effects of the two diseases were compared.Results There was no significant difference in diagnosis rate,missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate between the two diseases(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in systolic and diastolic peak flow velocity between the two diseases(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in pulsatile index and resistance index between the two diseases(P<0,05).There was no significant difference in grade 0,grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅲ blood flow signal between the two diseases(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in grade Ⅱ blood flow signal between the two diseases(P<0.05).Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound examination of patients can clearly show the distribution of lesions and uterine artery blood flow parameters,which can be used to distinguish uterine fibroids from adenomyosis.
