SOAP式问题描述法在中医妇科临床教学中的应用效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨在中医妇科临床教学中运用SOAP式问题描述法的应用价值。方法选取2020年3月至2021年3月在中医妇科进行实习的护理学生共35名,将2020年3月至2020年9月对学生采取传统教学期间作为传统教学组,将2020年10月至2021年3月对学生采取SOAP式问题描述法教学期间作为SOAP教学组。比较两组考核成绩、教学效果。结果两组理论基础评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而SOAP教学组学生在操作技能评分(79.45±3.42)分、疑难病例解决能力评分(83.42±2.54)分、病例分析能力评分(84.22±3.41)分均高于传统教学组的(69.74±3.12)、(72.11±2.43)、(71.53±3.35)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SOAP教学组基础知识理解、重点内容掌握、教学模式可行、临床思维模式、学习兴趣及主动学习愿望评分均高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中医妇科护理临床教学中运用SOAP式问题描述法进行教学效果显著,可提升学生的考核成绩,提高教学效果,值得推荐。 Objective To explore the application value of SOAP problem description method in TCM gynecology clinical teaching.Methods 35 nursing students who practiced in TCM gynecology department from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected.From March 2020 to September 2020,students were treated as traditional teaching group,and from October 2020 to March 2021,students were treated as SOAP teaching group.The examination results and teaching effect of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of theoretical basis between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of operation skills(79.45±3.42),difficult case solving ability(83.42±2.54)and case analysis ability(84.22±3.41)of SOAP teaching group were higher than those of traditional teaching group(69.74±3.12),(72.11±2.43)and(71.53±3.35),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of basic knowledge understanding,key content mastery,feasible teaching mode,clinical thinking mode,learning interest and active learning desire in SOAP teaching group were higher than those in traditional teaching group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of gynecological nursing of traditional Chinese medicine,the application of SOAP problem description method in teaching effect is significant,can improve the assessment of students,improve the teaching effect,it is worthy of recommendation.
