综合护理干预对分娩镇痛产后尿潴留的影响分析

Analysis of influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on postpartum urinary retention after labor analgesia

目的探讨分娩镇痛产后尿潴留产妇采用综合护理干预后的应用效果。方法选取380例分娩镇痛产后尿潴留产妇,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(采用常规护理)与观察组(在常规护理基础上采用综合护理干预),每组190例。对比两组产妇血性恶露时间、首次排尿时间、第二产程疼痛情况、导尿率、尿潴留发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组血性恶露时间、首次排尿时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组第二产程疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组导尿率2.63%和尿潴留发生率3.68%显著低于对照组10.53%、13.16%,护理满意度94.74%高于对照组86.84%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分娩镇痛产后尿潴留产妇采用综合护理干预效果显著,值得推广与应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for puerpera with postpartum urinary retention after labor analgesia.Methods 380 parturients with postpartum urinary retention after labor analgesia were selected and divided into control group(with routine nursing)and observation group(with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing)according to the random number table method,190 cases in each group.The time of lochia rubra,first urination time,pain in the second stage of labor,catheterization rate,urinary retention rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The time of lochia rubra and the time of first urination in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the pain score of the second stage of labor between the two groups(P>0.05).The catheterization rate(2.63%)and urinary retention rate(3.68%)of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(10.53% and 13.16%),and the nursing satisfaction rate(94.74%)was higher than that of the control group(86.84%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for puerpera with postpartum urinary retention by labor analgesia is remarkable,which is worthy of promotion and application.
