摘要
社会工作作为实践性与专业性相统合的专业,其培养目标在于专业价值理念型塑与专业技能提升。为达成社会工作人才培养目标,社会工作教师采取项目式教学方法尝试推动社会工作专业课程教学改革。在阐释项目式教学方法的内涵和特点基础上,通过对“老年社会工作”课程项目式教学在项目需要分析、服务方式与内容设定、执行资源获取、项目持续关照、社会效益等方面的先期尝试性实践设计,聚焦于教学目标、内容、评价三要素对项目教学予以呈现,发现项目式教学在激发学生行动力的信念与价值观方面,在构建学习共同体的课堂公约与规程方面,以及在情景学习支架驱动以学生为中心的课堂文化塑造上具有积极意义。
Social work,as a major integrating practicality and professionalism,aims to develop professional value and concept system and improve professional skills.In order to train social work talents,social work teachers should try to promote the teaching reform of social work majors by adopting project-based teaching method.On the basis of explaining the connotation and characteristics of the project-based teaching method,this paper presented the project-based teaching through the preliminary experimental design of the project-based teaching of Social Work for the Elderly course in the aspects of"project needs analysis,service mode and content setting,execution resources acquisition,continuous care and social benefits"by focusing on teaching goal,content and evaluation.The research found that the project-based teaching has positive significance in developing students'beliefs and values of action,in constructing classroom conventions and regulations of a learning community,and in shaping a student-centered classroom culture driven by a situated learning support.
