社会工作服务站资源动员实务研究—以M县社工站为例

Practical Research on Resource Mobilization of Social Work Service Station-A Case Study of Social Work Station in M County

近年来,随着我国社会工作的进一步发展,社区治理在社会工作的有效服务中参与。但由于资源动员的路径依赖,社会工作有效介入社区治理依旧存在着现实困境,需要更为高效的策略促进社区治理的长效发展。通过黑龙江省蒲公英社工站项目的分析,可以了解社工站进行资源动员的过程策略,实现社区融入、促进社工站的资源动员路径创新的目标。社会工作者应立足于解决社工站资源动员不足的问题,着力构建社区支持网络,推动发展内生型社区治理。因此,本文立足于在哈尔滨市松北区阳光社会工作服务中心的项目实践,以黑龙江省蒲公英社会工作服务站项目为例,从社会工作角度进行分析,运用资源动员等理论,来探讨在社会工作的背景下,如何立足于社工站长效发展进行有效资源动员。

In recent years,with the further development of social work in China,community governance is involved in the effective service of social work.However,due to the path dependence of resource mobilization,there is still a realistic dilemma in the effective intervention of social work in community governance,and more efficient strategies are needed to promote the long-term development of community governance.Through the analysis of Pugongying Social Work Station in Heilongjiang Province,we could understand the process strategy of social work station's resource mobilization,and promote community integration and innovation of social work station's resource mobilization path.Social workers should base themselves on solving the problem of insufficient resource mobilization in social work stations,build community support networks,and promote the development of endogenous community governance.Therefore,based on the project practice of Sunlight Social Work Service Center in Songbei District,Harbin,this paper took Pugongying Social Work Service Station in Heilongjiang Province as an example,analyzed it from the perspective of social work,and used the theory of resource mobilization to discuss how to effectively mobilize resources in terms of the long-term development of social work stations under the background of social work.
