新时代我国省市级美术馆策展人才培养机制研究

新时代我国美术馆事业蓬勃发展,艺术展览需求的激增宣告了“策展人时代”的到来。与之相比,美术馆策展体制尚不健全,策展人专业人才的数量与水平相对滞后,并受制于诸多客观因素。为避免这些问题成为我国省市级美术馆专业化建设的阻碍,美术馆界对策展人专业人才培养愈加重视,在实践中取得了一些成效。未来,在制度建设、专业和原创能力以及职业资格认证体系等方面积极寻求培养机制新路径,以期为我国省市级美术馆的发展提供新思路。

In the new era,China's art gallery industry is booming,and the surging demand for art exhibitions ushers into the"era of curators".In contrast,the curatorial system of art museums is not sound,the number and level of curatorial professionals are relatively backward,and subject to many objective factors.In order to avoid these problems becoming obstacles to the professional construction of art museums in China,the art gallery circle has constantly reflected on it and paid more attention to the cultivation of professional talents for exhibition personnel.Some achievements have been achieved in practice.In the future,we will actively seek new ways of training mechanism in system construction,professional and original ability and professional qualification system,so as to provide new ideas for the development of Chinese art museums.
