摘要
基于广东省科学院博士后科研工作站的管理实践,分析发现其存在引进和留用优秀博士生力度不足、博士后创新成果转化落地效果不明显等问题,研究提出进一步加大博士后支持力度、加强博士后科研成果转移转化工作、建立健全博士后优秀人才留用机制等对策建议,为科研院所博士后科研工作站的建立和发展提供参考借鉴。
Based on the management practice of the post-doctoral research workstation of Guangdong Academy of Sciences,this paper finds that there are problems such as insufficient introduction and retention of outstanding doctoral students,and the effect of the transformation of postdoctoral innovation achievements is not obvious.Thus the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as further increasing postdoctoral support,strengthening the transfer and transformation of postdoctoral scientific research results,and establishing and improving the retention mechanism of postdoctoral outstanding talents,so as to provide reference for the establishment and development of postdoctoral research workstations of academies of sciences.
