Realistic Obstacles and Coping Strategies of Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation in Universities in Guangdong Province

促进高校科技成果转移转化是加强科技与经济紧密融合的关键环节。基于统计数据和实地调研,从科研投入和产出、产业化水平、中试环节等角度分析广东省高校科技成果转化现状,从政府、高校和中介机构的角度剖析广东省高校科技成果转化存在的障碍,并提出完善科研考核评价和激励机制、发挥政府在中试环节的引导和支持作用、建设和培育技术转移机构和人才等对策建议。

Promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities is the key link to strengthen the close integration of science and technology and economy.Based on statistical data and field research,this paper analyzes the current situation of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Guangdong province from the perspectives of scientific and technological input and output,industrialization level and pilot session,analyzes the obstacles existing in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements from the perspective of the government,universities and intermediaries,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the evaluation and incentive mechanism of scientific research,giving the government’s guidance and support in the pilot session,and building and cultivating technology transfer institutions and talents.
