摘要
在配电网分布式电源的渗透率逐步提高的情况下,针对异构分布式电源的消纳利用问题,提出基于主从博弈的配电网分布式电源电能定价方法。通过价格机制引导分布式电源出力,在保证分布式电源收益最优的前提下,支撑配电网安全经济运行;并采用分布式电源无功调节能力进一步提升系统运行经济性。利用Karush-Kuhn-Tucker最优性条件及强对偶原理,使双层主从博弈模型被进一步转化为单层混合整数二阶锥规划模型以实现博弈均衡的快速求解。算例测试分析表明,所提定价方法可以有效缓解系统阻塞问题,并促进系统经济运行。
The penetration of distributed generations(DGs)in distribution network is gradually increasing.Aimed at the power consumption problem of heterogeneous DGs,an electricity pricing method based on the Stackelberg game is proposed for distribution network with DGs.Through the pricing mechanism,the output from DGs are controlled to sup⁃port the economic operation of distribution network while guaranteeing the optimal profits of DGs.In addition,the reactive power regulation capability of DGs is used to further improve the economy of system operation.By means of the Ka⁃rush-Kuhn-Tucker optimality condition and the strong-duality principle,the bi-layer Stackelberg game model is transfor⁃medinto a single-layer mixed integer second-order cone programming model,thus quickly solving the game equilibrium.The proposed pricing method can alleviate the congestion and promote the economic operation of distribution network.
