摘要
针对电力电子化趋势下配电网谐波污染所呈现的全网化、波动性及叠加污染等问题,提出从系统层面建立多补偿装置的分布式协调治理策略。首先,以配电网节点间的谐波电压、电流耦合作用为依据,应用凝聚型分层聚类算法优化并联有源电力滤波器的安装地点。其次,根据数据驱动的思想,运用关联度数据分析和粒子群优化方法来处理电能质量监测数据,在线动态划分并联有源电力滤波器治理区域,建立并联有源电力滤波器区域优化治理模型。最后,通过仿真验证了所提策略的有效性。
With the increasing involvement of power electronics devices in distribution network,harmonic pollution presents characteristics such as wide distribution,complex fluctuation and superimposed pollution.To solve this prob⁃lem,a solution is proposed at the system level to realize distributed coordinated control by multiple compensation devic⁃es.First,according to the coupling effect of harmonic voltage and current among different nodes in distribution net⁃work,the installation position of shunt active power filter(SAPF)is optimized by the agglomerative hierarchical clus⁃tering algorithm.Second,based on the data-driven idea,the power quality monitoring data is processed by applying the correlation degree data analysis and particle swarm optimization algorithm,the control area by SAPF is dynamically par⁃titioned online,and a model of SAPF regional optimized control is established.Finally,simulation results verify the ef⁃fectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
