禽流感与新城疫血凝试验检测方法

禽流感、新城疫都是在全球范围内波及范围很大的禽类传染疾病,均可使禽类发生呼吸系统感染,致死率极高。本次研究的目的是设计一种禽流感和新城疫的血凝试验检测方法,结合现阶段相关技术存在的不足,不再使用常规的血凝试验,改用回归检测试验的方式在观察血凝效价的基础上对禽流感、新城疫血凝效价进行计算,结果完全一致。本次设计的血凝试验检测方法不仅操作简便,还能节省时间与试剂使用量,使禽流感、新城疫诊断效率得到提升。

Avian influenza and Newcastle disease are both infectious diseases of poultry with a wide range of spread worldwide,can cause the poultry to have the respiratory system infection,the lethality rate is extremely high.The aim of this study is to design a hemagglutination test for detection of avian influenza and Newcastle disease,combined with the current shortcomings of the relevant technology,no longer use conventional hemagglutination test,on the basis of observing the hemagglutination titer of avian influenza and Newcastle disease,the hemagglutination titer of avian influenza and Newcastle disease were calculated by regression test,and the results were completely consistent.The designed hemagglutination test is not only easy to operate,but also can save time and reagent use,so that avian influenza,Newcastle disease diagnosis efficiency has been improved.
