With the development of our economy,People’s quality of life continues to improve,the meat market ushered in the spring.Beef is popular because of its unique taste and high nutritional value.The demand of beef and the pursuit of beef quality for consumers not only promote the development of fattening cattle breeding industry,but also put forward higher requirements for our fattening cattle breeding technology.Limited by the traditional breeding technology,the growth rate and fattening effect of fattening cattle are not satisfactory,which leads to low economic benefit of fattening cattle farmers.This paper discusses the key technology of fattening cattle breeding,and provides theoretical guidance for fattening cattle farmers.
