育肥牛养殖关键技术

摘要 牛肉因其独特的口感,较高的营养价值,消费者对牛肉的需求量和牛肉品质的追求,在推动肥牛养殖业的发展的同时,也对肥牛养殖技术提出更高的要求。受到传统养殖技术的限制,育肥牛的成长速度、育肥效果不尽如人意,导致育肥牛养殖户的经济效益低下。该文探讨育肥牛养殖的关键技术,为育肥牛养殖户提供理论指导。 With the development of our economy,People’s quality of life continues to improve,the meat market ushered in the spring.Beef is popular because of its unique taste and high nutritional value.The demand of beef and the pursuit of beef quality for consumers not only promote the development of fattening cattle breeding industry,but also put forward higher requirements for our fattening cattle breeding technology.Limited by the traditional breeding technology,the growth rate and fattening effect of fattening cattle are not satisfactory,which leads to low economic benefit of fattening cattle farmers.This paper discusses the key technology of fattening cattle breeding,and provides theoretical guidance for fattening cattle farmers.
