猪水肿病是由溶血性大肠杆菌、仔猪消化机能不完善、所食饲料蛋白含量高及应急等因素引起的疾病,又名猪胃肠水肿,俗称猪摇摆病。该病的临床特征是猪突然发病,病猪蹒跚、左右摇摆,肌肉抽搐、震颤,眼睑、头部水肿。我国各地均有发生,发病特点表现为:多发于同一窝仔猪中体质硕壮、生长发育良好的断奶仔猪,没有断奶的仔猪和育肥猪发生的很少。该文总结阐述了猪水肿病的发病原因、流行病学、临床症状、病理变化、鉴别诊断、防控措施等。

Swine edema disease is a disease caused by factors such as hemolytic Escherichia coli,imperfect digestive function of piglets,high protein content of the feed,and emergency.It is also known as swine gastrointestinal edema,commonly known as swine wobbler disease.The clinical features of this disease are sudden onset of pigs,the sick pigs staggering,swinging side to side,muscle twitching,tremor,eyelid and head edema.It occurs in all parts of my country,and the characteristics of the disease are as follows:it mostly occurs in the weaned piglets with strong physique and good growth and development in the same litter,and rarely occurs in the unweaned piglets and fattening pigs.This article summarizes the causes,epidemiology,clinical symptoms,pathological changes,differential diagnosis,prevention and control measures of swine edema disease.
