牛羊屠宰中常见疾病检疫与处理

摘要 针对我国目前食物生产的安全指标建设要求,我国政府相关部门对牛羊屠宰场实行严格管控,有效监督把控牛羊屠宰场的各个环节,同时,进行牛羊屠宰场的检疫调查与处理,从根源处检查牛羊类常见传染疾病的病原体,有效阻止或限制不健康的牛羊肉进入市场,有效降低牛羊常见疾病的传播。该文分析了牛羊屠宰过程中常见的疾病,严格把控检疫环节,提出处理方法。 In view of our country’s current food production safety index construction requirements,the relevant departments of our government carry out strict control of cattle and sheep slaughterhouse,effectively supervise and control all links of cattle and sheep slaughterhouse.At the same time,quarantine investigation and treatment of cattle and sheep slaughterhouses are carried out,and pathogens of common infectious diseases of cattle and sheep are examined from the source,so as to effectively prevent or restrict unhealthy beef and mutton from entering the market,effectively reduce the spread of common diseases in cattle and sheep.This paper analyzes the common diseases in the slaughtering process of cattle and sheep,strictly controls the quarantine links,and puts forward the relevant treatment methods.
