New Environment for the Globalization of China’s Commercial Banks

在中国商业银行全球化业务蓬勃发展的同时,其也面临着外部国际金融法律环境的不断变化。本文概括了近年来国际金融法律环境变化的总体趋势,从国际货币法、国际银行法、国际证券法、企业环境保护责任的国际法四个方面研讨了当前国际金融法律环境演变的新内容,对一些重要法律规则的未来变化进行了预测推演,提出了中国商业银行全球化业务发展可选择的应对之策。

While the global business of China’s commercial banks is booming,they are facing the constant changes of the external factor of international financial and legal environment.This paper summarizes the general trend of the changes in the international financial and legal environment in recent years,and discusses the evolution of the current international financial and legal environment from the four aspects:international monetary law,international banking law,international securities law,and international law on the environmental protection responsibility of enterprises.After that,the paper forecasts and deduces the future changes for some important legal rules,and puts forward alternative countermeasures for the development of the global business of China’s commercial banks.
