中国商业银行全球化发展的新措施

New Measures for the Globalization of China,s Commercial Banks

出于规避监管、利润最大化、追随客户、拓展新市场等动机,各国商业银行纷纷走出本土,开启国际化发展道路。全球先进国际银行的国际化发展经验表明,国际化扩张过程应循序渐进,国际化业务应契合当地需求,国际化人才培养与管理体系应与时俱进。作为金融业的主力军,中国商业银行近年来积极实施“走出去”战略,积累了大量有益的跨国经营实践和业务经验,有效地助推了中国的高水平金融开放,但在全球化深度与广度上仍有较大的提升空间。下一阶段商业银行需要继续做实做强,通过深耕新兴市场、发展非传统金融业务、完善人才培养体系、服务高净值人群,以及参与“一带一路”、自由贸易区、绿色金融和金融科技的建设等措施,进一步推进自身的全球化。

For the motives of avoiding supervision,maximizing profits,following customers and expanding new markets,commercial banks in various countries have gone abroad and involved in the globalization.The international development experience of the world’s leading international banks shows that the process of international expansion should be done step by step,the international business should meet the local needs,and the international talent training and management system should keep pace with the times.As the main force of the financial industry,China’s commercial banks have actively implemented the “going global” strategy in recent years,accumulated a large amount of useful transnational operation and business experiences,and effectively contributed to China’s high-level financial opening up.However,there is still a lot of room for improvement in the depth and breadth of banking globalization.In the next stage,commercial banks should continue to be more solid and stronger.They should further promote their globalization by deeply cultivating emerging markets,developing non-traditional financial businesses,improving the talent training system,serving high net worth groups,participating in the construction of the Belt and Road,free trade zones,green finance and fintech.
