基于BIM的榫卯自耦合装配式泵站技术研究

摘要 以江苏地区常见的小型湿室型泵站为典型,基于榫卯原理对典型泵站的进、出水池进行标准化拆分及组装,设计了一种采用干连接方式的自耦合装配式泵站结构,并利用BIM技术进行泵站装配构件的标准化和参数化设计。采用榫卯接头的干连接方式装配泵站避免了传统装配式泵站的现场大量二次浇注及连接的工作量,可实现现场吊装一次成型,结构及整体防渗稳定可靠,并可简化施工工艺、缩短工期,综合效益显著。 Taking the common small wet chamber pump station in Jiangsu Province as a typical example,based on the mortise and tenon principle,the inlet and outlet pools of a typical pump station are standardized and assembled,a self-coupling assembled pump station structure using dry connection is designed,and the BIM technology is used for the standardized and parametric design of the assembly components of the pump station.The dry connection mode of mortise and tenon joint is adopted to assemble the pump station,which avoids a large number of on-site secondary pouring and connection of the traditional assembled pump station,realizes one-time molding of on-site hoisting,stable and reliable structure and overall anti-seepage,simplifies the construction process,shortens the construction period,and has remarkable comprehensive benefits.
