基于学习者视角的外语在线课程质量评价指标研究 被引量:4

摘要 近年来外语在线课程发展迅速,明确基于学习者视角的课程质量评价指标对实现课程质量的提升具有重要意义。本研究使用扎根理论,选取了中国大学MOOC平台上30门外语课程的用户评论,针对课程质量相关的评价内容进行三级编码,探讨了基于学习者视角的外语在线课程质量评价指标。共包含五个一级指标(教师、学习效果、课程内容、课程管理与互动、技术与平台支持)和14个二级指标。结果显示,学习者重视【教师】和【课程内容】,同时倾向于用自己感知到的【学习效果】来评价课程。另外,研究发现,学习者在进行课程评价时受到课程类型的影响,对于语言基础类和技能类课程关注【教师】,对于文学文化类课程关注【教师】和【课程内容】,对于专门用途类课程关注【学习效果】。 Foreign language online courses have developed rapidly in recent years, and it is imperative to clearly define learner-based course evaluation indexes to help improve online course quality.Based on Grounded Theory, this study selected user reviews of 30 foreign language courses on the i Course platform, conducted a three-level coding of the quality-related aspects of the course being evaluated, and identified all the learner-based quality evaluation indexes. A total of five primary indicators(teacher, learning effectiveness, course content, course management and interaction, and technology and platform support) and 14 secondary indicators were included.The results showed that learners valued [teachers] and [course content], and they tended to evaluate courses by their perceived [learning effectiveness]. In addition, the study found that learners’ evaluations were influenced by the type of course being evaluated: they focused on[teacher] for basic language and skills courses, [teacher] and [course content] for literature and culture courses, and [learning effectiveness] for special-purpose courses.
