摘要
针对装配式建筑预制墙板长期以来依靠人工调节而费时耗力、机械化水平低的问题,研发了基于单片机控制的“测-控-调”一体化工具式智能调垂系统。该智能调垂系统包括实时获取预制墙板姿态的测垂仪、实时接收测垂信号和发出调整指令的手持控制器、自动转动墙板支撑杆的调垂扳手以及实时获取数据的智能调垂应用(APP)。对其系统组成、技术原理及施工工艺进行阐述。智能调垂系统的研发实现了预制墙板垂直度调节的机械化、自动化和智能化,具有广泛的社会经济效益。
In view of the long-standing problem of manual adjustment of prefabricated wall panels in assembly buildings,which is time-consuming and low mechanization,an integrated tool-based intelligent sagging system based on microcontroller control is developed.The intelligent sagging system includes a sagging meter to obtain the attitude of prefabricated wall panels in real time,a handheld controller to receive sagging signals and issue adjustment instructions in real time,a sagging wrench to automatically rotate the wall panel support rod,and an intelligent sagging application(APP)to obtain data in real time.The system composition,technical principle and construction process are described.The development of intelligent sagging system realizes mechanization,automation,and intelligence of verticality adjustment of prefabricated wall panels,which has wide socio-economic benefits.
