摘要
智能电能表是我国电网企业智能化建设转型发展的关键设备。参照新的IR46国际标准和智能电能表技术规范,现有电能表检定系统已经无法适应国内新一代电能表的检定需求。针对IR46国际标准提出的技术要求,提出了一种智能电能表检定系统。该检定系统主要由程控信号源、线性功率放大器、高等级标准电能表、误差计算器和计算机软件等模块组成。通过对线性功率放大器小电流及特殊波形输出性能的提升,以及高等级标准电能表的谐波和小电流计量性能的改进,实现了基本误差、谐波、方顶波、尖顶波等特殊波形以及小电流条件下的检定。测试结果表明,该检定系统满足新一代智能电能表的测试要求。目前,新一代智能电能表检定系统已在多个智能电能表企业和国网省级营销服务中心使用。
Smart energy meter is the key equipment for the transformation and development of intelligent construction of China’s power grid enterprises.With reference to the latest IR46 international standard and technical specification of smart energy meter,the existing energy meter calibration system has been unable to adapt to the domestic new generation of energy meter calibration requirements.In view of the technical requirements proposed by IR46 international standard,a smart energy meter calibration system is proposed.The calibration system is mainly composed of program-controlled signal source,linear power amplifier,highgrade standard energy meter,error calculator and computer software modules.By improving the output performance of the linear power amplifier for small currents and special waveforms and improving the performance of the high-grade standard energy meter for harmonics and small currents,the calibration of basic error,special waveforms such as harmonics,square top wave,cusp top wave and small currents is realized.The test results show that the calibration system meets the testing requirements of the new generation of smart energy meters.At present,the new generation of smart energy meter calibration system has been used in several smart energy meter enterprises and the provincial marketing service center of State Grid.
