摘要
面向《中国制造2025》,制造行业迎来了升级发展的机遇。汽车行业作为中国制造业的重要组成部分,其智能化转型升级至关重要。通过多年汽车零部件生产线建设经验,总结了数字化柔性装配线建设的一般过程及核心问题,即工业互联网技术的应用应结合行业特点,自主开发适合汽车零部件装配生产线的数字化软件。以某轿车底盘数字化柔性装配生产线项目为例,采用了数字化与柔性化的设计和生产线的建设同步展开的方法,对实施过程中的管理和技术问题进行了探讨,并结合项目实际需求给出了解决方案。该研究为汽车零部件企业实施智能制造升级提供较好的参考。
Facing the“Made in China 2025”,the manufacturing industry has an opportunity to upgrade and develop.As the important part of China's manufacturing industry,the intelligent transformation and upgrading of the automotive industry is crucial.Through years of experience in the construction of auto parts production lines,the general process and core issues of digital flexible assembly line construction are summarized,i.e.,the application of industrial Internet technology should be combined with industry characteristics,and digital software suitable for auto parts assembly lines should be developed independently.Taking a car chassis digital flexible assembly line project as the example,the method of synchronizing digital and flexible design and production line construction is applied,the management and technical problems in the implementation process are discussed,and solutions are given in combination with the actual needs of the project.The study provides a better reference for the implementation of intelligent manufacturing upgrade in auto parts enterprises.
