孵化组织作为创新创业的商业基础设施,其所提供的创业孵化资源将影响企业成长绩效。通过IPA模型对宁波地区孵化组织的资源结构进行分析,并以此为基础构建孵化组织精益发展模型,有助于创业孵化绩效的提升。

As the business infrastructure of innovation and entrepreneurship,the incubation resources provided by incubation organizations will affect the performance of Startup.This paper analyzes the resource structure of incubation organizations in Ningbo region through IPA model,and builds a lean development model of incubation organizations on this basis,which is helpful to improve the performance of entrepreneurial incubation.
