摘要
环境是设备能否正常使用的主要影响因素,而温度和湿度是环境的主要参数,因此,在多种系统和仪器设计过程中,环境温度和湿度是必须测量的参数,如医院、运输、化工、智能家居和航空航天等应用中。由于温湿度采集系统的功能需求逐渐提高,市场中常用的温湿度传感器精度早已无法满足实际需求,因此设计了一个基于HDC1080传感器的高精度温湿度采集系统。下位机的硬件部分选择STM32F103C8T6单片机作为控制核心。上位机通过RS-232接口总线连接下位机,从而实现查询和接收数据的功能。测试结果表明,此系统采集的温度测量精度可达到±0.2℃,相对湿度测量精度可达到±2%。
The environment is the main factor affecting the normal use of equipment,and temperature and humidity are the main parameters of the environment.Therefore,temperature and humidity are parameters that must be measured during the design of various systems and instruments,such as hospital,transportation,chemical,smart home,and aerospace.Due to the increasing functional requirements of temperature and humidity acquisition systems,the accuracy of temperature and humidity sensors commonly used in the market has long been unable to meet actual needs.Therefore,a high-precision temperature and humidity acquisition system based on the sensor HDC1080 is designed.The hardware part of the lower computer selects STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller as the control core.The upper computer is connected to the lower computer through the RS-232 interface bus,so as to realize the function of querying and receiving data.The test results show that the temperature measurement accuracy collected by the system can reach±0.2℃,and the relative humidity measurement accuracy can reach±2%.
