微波原油含水率检测仪与油田PCS通信的ZigBee实现 被引量:1

摘要 在油田数字化建设中,通过Zig Bee网络实现井口现场各种数据传输的设备应用比较多,如压力、温度和功图等,但在含水率检测仪方面少有应用。文章主要介绍微波原油含水率检测仪通过Zig Bee网络将含水率数据上传到油田PCS(Process Control System)的实现方法。检测仪以32位处理器STM32F103为主CPU,控制厦门四信Zig Bee模块F8913D,实现与井口RTU的Zig Bee通讯,达到节约成本、增强安全性以及与原有系统适配的目的,已成功将含水率数据实时传输到PCS并在现场能够稳定长期使用。 At wellhead,the network of ZigBee is used to transmit data from various measurements to the PCS,such as temperature,pressure and pump dynamograph,however,the watercut measurement is less used the network of ZigBee.The paper mainly describes how to realize the microwave watercut analyzer for oil transmit data to the PCS by ZigBee network,32-bit processor STM32F103 is the CPU for the analyzer,communicate with the module of F8913D(ZigBee Module),the method achieves the purpose of saving cost,enhancing security and adapting to the original system.Data has been successfully transferred to the PCS and can long-term stable work.
