就业育人是落实立德树人根本任务的必然选择,是大学生实现个人成长成才的客观需要,是实现高质量就业的现实呼唤。从育人过程和内容看,就业育人是“育才”与“育德”的统筹兼顾;从育人结果看,就业育人是“人岗匹配”与“生涯发展”的和谐统一。推进就业育人要把高校就业工作与教育引领结合起来,在高校思政工作体系和“三全育人”格局中,发挥高校各级机构和各个环节的育人职能,突出政治性、坚持发展性、尊重规律性、强化协调性。

Employment education is a necessary choice to implement the fundamental task of moral education,an objective need of college students to achieve personal growth and development,and a realistic call to guarantee high-quality employment.In terms of education process and content,employment education is concerned with cultivating both ability and morality;Regarding the outcome of education,employment education helps a person not only find a job but also guides him to achieve career success.Employment work in colleges and universities needs the guidance of education.In the ideological and political work system,as well as the“Three-comprehensive Education”in colleges and universities,we should give full play to the educational functions of academic and administrative departments at all levels in colleges and universities,highlight the political command,insist on development,respect rules and regularities,and strengthen coordination.
